Passport

The International Office Passport and ID services provides information and services to American citizens to obtain, replace or change a passport.

No need to wait for an appointment. We take walk-ins Monday-Friday 9-12 and 1-4!

(Please Note: Services generally take 15 minutes to process. Our office closes at 12pm and 4pm. Arriving near closing hours will not ensure that you are served. Be aware that others may be in the office waiting before closing hours, so please be sure to schedule your arrival accordingly.)



To apply for a U.S. Passport you need the following documentation:

  1. A completed application (form DS-11) for first time and renewal applicants
    Available in our office or at http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html
  2. Proof of citizenship ORIGINAL (not a photocopy).
    • Birth Certificate
      (Must be issued by the State not by the Hospital)
      *The Department of State now prefers the Long-Form Birth Certificates from Texas and California*
      Birth certificate
    • Naturalization Certificate
    • Passport
  3. Valid state ID (driver license, ID card, U.S. passport)
  4. Two passport photos
  5. and the appropriate fees

*Notice- Original or certified documents i.e., birth certificates, court orders, will have to be submitted along with the application to the United States Department of State.  All documents will be returned by mail to the applicant.   If you would like copies of documentation please make them before coming to our facility.


The application fee has to be paid with a check or money order payable to the "U.S. Department of State."

Passport Applications generally take 4 to 6 weeks to process, so please schedule accordingly.
